Training courses and conferences for businesses and institutions
I offer conferences and training for companies, institutions and professional teams on psychological health at work, emotion management, stress, interpersonal conflicts, grief and support in critical situations.
These interventions aim to provide concrete benchmarks to better understand human dynamics at work, strengthen individual and collective resources, improve communication in sensitive situations and support teams during periods of change, vulnerability or high pressure.
My goal is to contribute to respectful, safe and psychologically supportive work environments by offering tools adapted to the realities on the ground and the specific needs of each organization.
"It is not circumstances that determine a person's happiness, but their ability to overcome them." - Epictetus

Individual support
Individual sessions are aimed at people going through times of fragility or transition, such as bereavement, a change in personal or professional life, or accompanying a sick relative, as well as those who wish to better manage their daily stress.
They offer a space for listening and support to acknowledge emotions, gain perspective, and mobilize inner resources. Through personalized guidance and practical tools, the sessions aim to help individuals develop a healthy distance from their emotions and stress.
"Doubt is a strength. A truly beautiful strength.
Just make sure it always pushes you forward. "
- Pierre Bottero
Sessions are offered at my office in Neuchâtel, outdoors in the surrounding area, or online. Please note that sessions are not covered by health insurance.

Supportive stance
What if everyone already possessed within themselves the necessary resources to get through the transitional phases of life, whether chosen or imposed?
My approach is based on this conviction: that of a person who is an active participant in their own journey, capable of regaining balance, momentum and energy, even in difficult times.
Life is made up of transitions. Learning to recognize them and to navigate them consciously profoundly transforms the way we experience them, on emotional, physical and spiritual levels.
My approach is based on a university background in psychology, enriched by additional training and several years of professional experience. Having grown up in the environment of a nursing home, and then worked in a medical-social establishment as well as in palliative care, I was made aware very early on of the realities of aging, loss, grief and human support.
These experiences have fostered a concrete understanding of stress, emotions, life transitions, and the resources that allow each person to navigate periods of change with greater stability and confidence.
Highly attentive to the relationship between mind and body, movement occupies a central place in my approach. Martial arts, trail running, and yoga are essential supports, serving to achieve a more refined regulation of stress, emotions, and energy.
Having been trained to teach yoga, I also integrate this sensitivity into my understanding of well-being and individual resources.
